5mm 10k 18inch Cuban w/t Sleek Lock
Placed order in November via website. Received order about 7 weeks later. Handcrafted so I knew it would take some time. Beautiful chain, auto jumped to my favorite in my collection. Hangs straight. Only negative is the sleek lock does not securely click. I plan on upgrading to a 6mm in the future and adding a bracelet as well.

I loved my 5mm Cuban link chain. It looks great in person with a nice polish. About a month ago I just upgraded to a 10K 6.5mm 24 inch & I got my 8 yr old his 1st Cuban link a 10K 4mm 19 inch!

I ordered a 5mm 24in chain just before the holidays and true to their website, they finished and shipped my handmade chain in 3 weeks. It was my first time ordering jewelry like that online so I tried to do as much research as I could. Between CMG, Jacoje, and Trax NYC, Daniel J Inc. kept coming back up. Not to say the other jewelers aren't good. I don't really know so I won't comment. I'm sure they are. The customer service is spot on when you call hands down, but the messaging system provided through the account could be better. You get your initial order status and completion/shipping update, but nothing in between for the next 2-3 weeks. I imagine if your getting a $20k piece done it works a little better (LOL kidding) Seriously though, I only called twice during the process and the employees were quick, friendly, and helpful!! The quality is obvious and the work beautiful! I started with a smaller piece to see how my experience would go and I'm glad I did. Daniel Jewelry Inc won my confidence and I will look to them for a larger piece in the future. Thanks to the DJI team for my chain! Hope to do business again.

Great chain. Great color and shine. I went with the 10k this time. I know there isn't much difference between it and the 14k, but I can tell there is a color difference. I just gravitate towards the 10k because I like the color more than my 14k.

This chain exceeded my expectations with the quality and the speed in which my order was expedited! At first I was a little skeptical because of the “richness” of hue, (it’s 10k but ACTUALLY LOOKS 18k!), & the slight “twist” in the links nearest the lock, but I charged it to the smith needing extra length, but all in all, a good looking handmade piece, that I will be upgrading depending on the policy. laser etching on point and clean! I only regret not getting the diamond button, that would’ve been perfect for this everyday piece, now I’ll need a charm ! Lol!
