I don't know anyone that works at Daniel Jewelry Inc. Never been there or talked to them before. I ordered solely by reputation after researching them online. The Miami Cuban Link chain I ordered has perfectly spaced links. I suppose it is hand crafted and I'm looking for a single imperfection and cannot find one. It hangs perfect. I've had it for weeks and I haven't even bothered to verify the grams, or width, or 14K yet. That's how much I love this chain. Rest easy buying from them online. Try on other lengths and sizes in a mall somewhere if you have to get an idea. I will definitely buy from Daniel Jewelry again and strongly recommend them for the highest quality. Even my initials are set right on the money. If you want the best, order from them and sit back, don't rush them and let them do their thing. Last thing I'll point out, their asking price was actually on the lower end of some of the competition I was considering so this ended up being a tremendous value. Really love the piece. It’s definitely quality all around. Weight was more than expected. Perfect length and size. Called in gentleman on the phone helped me out quickly and delivered on expected day. Chunky enough to flex but also just right for daily wear.

i want everyone to experience what i went through, when buying a chain from Daniels jewelry inc...i was sceptical at first, i never bought anything online that expensive...i was nervous. On top of that, i messed up my apt number & i called them and they fixed it. there web site said my chain will be 110 grams but the chain came 108 . i signed up on there web site and sent them 2 emails through there site but they never replied..? they did reply through email.....Now lets talk about wait time. i waited and waited & waited. it took almost 4 weeks to receive my change..? i check there web site daily and all it said was awaiting fulliment.. they never sent updates and ETA time. But No worries, just wait.. when the chain came....OMG i was soo impressed, EXCELLENT craftsmanship Deffinlty worth the wait and u will be more then satisfied.. only negative i can say is that they don't honor me upgrading my chain..if i wanted to get a bigger chain and send them, the chain back like other web sites to upgrade And get a bigger one and pay the difference.. besides that u will be more than satisfied.. u

I recently bought 8mm 26inch cuban link. It came in a beautiful cherry wood box. It was polished and the links were perfect. I will definitely be ordering more products from this jeweler.
