Great Pieces, Excellent Service
Daniel Jewelry is top notch in all aspects of business. I ordered my chain at the start of COVID shutdowns. They were super transparent with how long things were going to take and had decent response times on messaging and email but, quick with calls. Obviously everyone who comes to DJI is going to love their pieces, craftsmanship A1. Not only that, after a month of owning my chain, I flipped a link and messed up the whole chain. Someone from DJI sent me a short clip showing me how to flip it back, gave me tips, and when I was unable to do it myself, told me to send it in and flipped the whole chain back straight for me asap. Got it back shortly after, straight and polished. Can't say anything more about how great the customer service is and they really stand behind their work. Great job guys, I'm coming back for more in the future!!!!!
